601 SW 2nd Avenue
Please join us for our December LERA Breakfast Program.
Implicit bias is a cutting edge concept in the national dialogue on discrimination in America.
Barbara J. Diamond of Diamond Law will be present to show her locally produced documentary film on implicit bias called Reveal Moments and to talk about the science behind implicit bias theory. Come hear how labor and management can work together to combat bias in grievance handling, collective bargaining, and new employee training. Before you come, test your own bias using the famous Harvard Implicit Bias Test (race) at www.implicit.harvard.edu/implicit/takeatest.html.
